age 68, of Festus, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at her home. She was born May 4, 1950 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Juanita Louise (nee DeRousse) Swyers of Festus, and the late James Earl Swyers.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Paul John Coleman; sons Bryon (Melissa) Coleman of Madison, Wisconsin, and Christopher Coleman of Atlanta, Georgia; sister Darlene (Jay) Beffa of Festus; brothers James L. (Roseanne) Swyers of Festus, Robert J. (Sandra) Swyers of Festus, and Kevin E. (Jodi) Swyers of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren Kylie, Grayson, and Evie Coleman; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Preceded her in death are her father; and brothers Jeffrey P. Swyers, and Keith R. Swyers.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Crystal City; a life member of VFW #3777 Ladies Auxiliary; and had served as president of the Ft. Worth, Texas Chapter of (EWI) Executive Women International. She was an Executive Assistant at Adams Laboratories in Ft. Worth; Vice-President of Business Development at UMB Bank in Arnold, Missouri; and Office Manager for Vinyard Funeral Homes.
Memorial gathering from 10:00 A.M. until the time of memorial service at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 21, 2018 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by Rev. James Perry. Interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials in her memory are preferred to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
